As the Vengalloor-Kolani Bye Pass is emerging soon, these areas will be having high advantage in future. From the begining itself these areas were not developed even though they are a part of the city. The traffic problem can be solved out after the arrival of this byepass. More than 10 crore rupees have been alotted for the development of this byepass.The aim of the development is to make Kolani and nearby places as developed area like Mangattu junction.
All the vehicles coming from Koothattukulam, Pala areas to Thodupuzha are arriving at Kolani and there is no doubt that this area will develop as a nearby town of Thodupuzha.
